Welcome to the website of Runway Massage Studio. By using this site and scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

2. Services and Prices

   Runway Massage Studio offers a variety of massage treatments, the descriptions and prices of which are detailed on our website in the “Price List” section. We reserve the right to change prices and availability of services without prior notice.

3. Reservations and Cancellation/Delay Policy

   • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online booking site.
   • Cancellation/Change of appointment: Please notify us of cancellation or change of appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify us less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.
   • Delay: If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the full duration of your treatment. However, if due to delays we are unable to provide the full length of your massage, you will be charged the full cost of your original appointment.
   • Replacement: If you are unable to come and did not notify us in time, you can send a friend, colleague or family member for you to an appointment.

4. Runway Membership Card

   • Membership fee: Monthly membership fee for Runway Membership card is 1000 dinars.
   • Discount: Members get a discount of 500 dinars for each massage from our price list. There are no restrictions on the number of massages during the month.
   • Card sharing: One card can be used by up to three people.
   • Activation: The card is picked up at the studio with the payment of a monthly membership fee.

5. Gift Vouchers

   • Shopping: Gift vouchers can be purchased online (via email or phone) or physically in the studio
   • Flexibility: The voucher can be redeemed for any massage from our price list.
   • Validity: Gift vouchers have no expiration date.
   • Use Policy: Cancellation/Delay Policy (24h advance notice) also binds the terms scheduled by the voucher; failure to show up or late cancellation will result in the voucher being considered redeemed.

6. Payment methods

   We accept payment in cash and all major payment cards.

7. Responsibility of the User

   Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide to us when making an appointment or registering. Please inform us of any relevant health conditions or allergies before starting treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Runway Massage Studio will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or the site, except to the extent required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

   All content on this site, including texts, images, logos and design, is copyrighted and the property of Runway Massage Studio. Unauthorized use of any content from this site is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
